MAP and Retail Distribution Policy:

BIBS AMERICA reserves the right to refuse future orders from Retailers, in the event Retailer advertises the Products below BIBS AMERICA’s established minimum advertised pricing (MAP) as stated on BIBS AMERICA order portal.

 

Web Commerce Policy:

Retailer acknowledges and agrees that online sales of Products must be made only through the Retailer URL listed above. Retailer may not list, offer, or sell Products on or through any other website (including but not limited to Amazon, Jet, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Craigslist or websites of this nature), whether directly or indirectly through a third party.

 

Marketing Materials and Intellectual Property: 

BIBS, Inc. supplies marketing material to our active business partners to work together and support our brands. Business partners can only use advertising and promotional materials that are produced, supplied, or approved by BIBS, Inc. 

All rights to Intellectual Property, including but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, all content and images used in advertising and/or lifestyle campaigns, catalogs, brochures, sell sheets, emails, set-ups, website design, etc. are the exclusive property of BIBS, Inc. Contact your local sales rep for marketing materials. 

 

Merchandising:

All mutually agreed upon BIBS® merchandising displays must be used for BIBS® goods only. If a business partner no longer carries BIBSs® products, marketing and merchandising materials must be disposed.

 

Order Discrepancies & Damages: 

We value your business and take care to deliver accurate shipments. Please review the contents of your order upon receipt and contact Customer Service OrdersUS@bibsworld.com within 5 business days if you find any discrepancies or damages. 

 

You agree to all backorders being cancelled and refunded to the original payment method

 

 

BIBS AMERICA reserves the right to edit, modify, update and terminate Retailer agreement at will
